Woody Allen is currently in post production on his latest film, which stars Larry David and Evan Rachel Wood as *shutter* love interests, and he’s of course so far remained mum on anything about the film. He recently, however, gave us the name via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The film’s title is WHATEVER WORKS and it’s apparently a more blackish comedy than Allen’s used to. He also seems to love the shit out of his two stars, especially David since it’s hard not to love that sarcastic, crotchety nutbag. Henry Cavill, Patricia Clarkson, Michael McKean and Kristen Johnston co-star presumably as people who are also a little grossed out by the David-Wood love connection. For more of what Allen had to say, give the above article a look-see. The film opens December 31st of next year in Russia. It’ll presumably open a little earlier stateside.
