The confirmation comes in an article over at Variety where they talk about the screenwriting duo of Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton. Melton and Dunstan have practically become household names to us genre fans with their work on both the FEAST franchise as well as the SAW franchise. Not to mention their upcoming flick THE COLLECTOR. In the article Variety mention how Melton and Dunstan are already working on a SAW VII script as their next project! This just isn’t going to stop huh?
I think it’s safe to assume SAW VI will be a hit. Why? I’ve got no idea… but it will be. So what’s SAW VII about? Hell what’s SAW VI about? Who knows. Hopefully we get some more SAW updates soon in preparation of Part VI’s approaching release date of October 23rd. As always you can keep it here for everything and anything Jigsaw.
