We haven’t heard too much from writer/director Michael Haneke’s suspense thriller FUNNY GAMES, an English language remake of his own Austrian film, but that’s probably because it centers on two white-gloved young psychotics (Michael Pitt – an always reliable choice when a film is hurting for a young deranged sociopath – and Brady Corbet) who happen upon a cabin and proceed to terrorize the couple found within (Naomi Watts and Tim Roth). Films of this sort don’t get a lot of play in mainstream media but lucky for us, we today at least have a look at a rather blanched and relatively eerie (if placed in context) second poster for the film. Clickie HERE to get it in full bigness. The psychotic torture fun begins March 14th of next year.
