If something ain't broke, don't fix it. The folks over at Marvel took that to heart when creating the very first ANT-MAN AND THE WASP poster, because like the teaser poster for the first movie, there's a lot of squinting required. On a plain white background, both Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) are in their pint-sized forms but are no less deadly.

Like that first poster all those years ago the advertising plays up the insect angle quite literally with a pretty hilarious result. Of course, they pulled out all the stops for the very first trailer, which shows off some pretty massive action with both Ant-Man and Wasp making the most of their super suits. The first movie worked as a laidback, Marvel comedy, so it stands to reason to think ANT-MAN AND THE WASP will work as the rom-com it's been hinted at being. For that kind of movie, this poster is perfect. Leave all the detail and poster budget for the INFINITY WAR poster!
