We have a couple of new GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY images featuring Chris Pratt as Peter Quill aka Star-Lord. He’s got the badass hero stance down judging by these two stills; the galactic Indiana Jones is looking badass.

Some folks may have thought that Pratt couldn’t handle such a lead role but I have to say after watching the trailer, he’s changed my mind. Also, if you’re wondering what to get me for Christmas this year, it’s Star-Lord’s mask. That is all.
Writer/director James Gunn’s GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY also stars Zoe Saldana, David Bautista, Lee Pace, Benicio Del Toro, Glenn Close, John C. Reilly, and the voices of Bradley Cooper and Vin Diesel and opens in 2D and 3D on August 1st.
