Christopher Nolan's INTERSTELLAR has been filming for a while now and we've already gotten a few glimpses from the set featuring cast members Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Chastain, John Lithgow, and Topher Grace. Now, we have our first look at Nolan's former Catwoman, Anne Hathaway, covered up on set, but revealing enough to show what looks like a space suit. Flanking Hathaway is McConaughey, who is also covered up, but wearing some type of outer space boots. Based on the film's storyline (and title for that matter), one would assume that there will be some form of space travel so these outfits (from what we can see) make perfect sense in that context.

A group of explorers make use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage.
I'm excited for this one. I guess that's kind of a "no shit" comment given Nolan's involvement, but there it is. As per the usual, the director has put together an outstanding cast with an intriguing, mysterious plot that falls well within the wheelhouse of stories we've come to expect from him. INTERSTELLAR feels almost like a psuedo-sequel to INCEPTION from the sound of it (high concept sci-fi story with a "team" of professionals). Perhaps a new trilogy for Nolan, much like Edgar Wright's Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy?
