Comic Con: The Hunger Games: Catching Fire panel – watch it now!

Last Updated on February 10, 2026

I was going to write a whole long spiel about what went down at Lionsgate’s panel for THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE, but then I saw that the darn thing was already online, in it’s entirety! Then I was going to describe the first trailer for the Francis Lawrence film – but that is up too! (Watch it HERE.)

So if you wanted to know what THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE experience was like at Comic Con but just couldn’t make it, well, now you can watch it all right now. Naturally, Jennifer Lawrence is the highlight, talking about snot and the difficulties of running; she’s so damn charming it’s unbearable. Her chemistry with co-star Josh Hutcherson is really strong too; they’re like a comedy duo up there.

Some highlights include:

– Liam Hemsworth talking about getting whipped for three straight days.
– Katniss and Peeta’s new bond
– Francis Lawrence talking about the high expectations for the film and his attempt to meet them
– Katniss and Peeta swapping SNOT
– Jennifer talking about the differences between studio films and indies
– The new castmembers talk about joining this giant moving train
– The whole cast talks how THE HUNGER GAMES has changed their lives

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE opens on November 22nd.
