We’ve seen recent trailers for 2 GUNS, WORLD WAR Z, and THIS IS THE END pop up lately and today we have a look at some new poster art for the films, which are all taking a bow this summer. First up is the new UK IMAX poster for WORLD WAR Z, which showcases Brad Pitt surveying the zombie-ravaged landscape from a helicopter. It’s a much better-looking poster than the ones we’ve seen so far, I think, and a better compliment to the recent trailer.

Next up is the poster for 2 GUNS, starring Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg as law enforcement agents caught in a triple cross with various government agencies. Occupational hazard, I suppose. The poster (and the trailer) remind me of a Michael Bay-ish BAD BOYS type buddy-cop action pic. And, that’s not a bad thing, either. In fact, the movie looks like a damn fine time.

And, lastly, we have the poster for THIS IS THE END, starring everyone Judd Apatow ever hired, including Seth Rogen, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, Mindy Kaling, and a laundry list of others. The recent red-band trailer gave us a good look at the hilarity that will likely ensure throughout the film and it’s quickly become one of the must-see comedies of the summer. Let’s hope it avoids the pitfalls of last summer’s THE WATCH.
