Anyone actually going out to see SPRING BREAKERS? I’m intrigued by Harmony Korine‘s style so it definitely gets a watch from me even if it happens to be on DVD. Chris Bumbray gave it a fairly glowing review with an 8/10 as his final say. One thing I’m certain that people are going to be talking about, even Bumbray does to an extent, is James Franco‘s performance as Alien. He’s got that whole Gary Oldman as Drexl thing going on.
Getting to the point, Franco did a PSA for Alamo Drafthouse. It’s basically him yelling and then some stuff about not killing his dad the Green Goblin. I really love that Drafhouse does this. There’s nothing that annoys me more than someone texting during a movie. The light is blinding, and I want to throw something at their big ass head.
