Bond screenwriter hints that Blofeld might return

BOND 23 has been under wraps for a while now, so much so that it doesn’t even have a title yet. When your movie makes the production of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES look like an open book, you know you’re doing secrecy right.

But there might be a crack in the fortress where a little bit of info was let slip. WhatCulture was at a BAFTA even where BOND 23 screenwriter was asked about the film. Here’s what they have to report:

Rather interestingly, during the talk last night Logan was reminded by an audience member of a quote that he said some ten years ago that, in his opinion, “Bond should always fight Blofeld”. When pressed on this he gave a wry smile and said “Bond should always fight Blofeld”.

An off comment is one thing, but saying it twice to reiterate the point? That seems a bit excessive unless it were true. So might we be seeing the head of SPECTRE return in the next film? It seems that could be the case. If so, who might they get to play such an important part?
