While we only got a quick look at COWBOYS & ALIENS when the teaser arrived last week, the general consensus seems to be that director Jon Favreau is nailing it with the tone of a straight western injected with sci-fi elements.
MTV coaxed the always personable Favreau out of the editing bay and got him to provide a brief commentary for what we saw in the clip, plus some discussion about the approach to the material and the addition of Harrison Ford.
