It’s sweet to see the career of adorable Rashida Jones thrive after years in some thankless roles (did “Boston Public” help anyone?), with a recent boost from “The Office” and I LOVE YOU, MAN.
Now Jones is gonna get down and dirty, but strictly with one lucky dude — she’ll star in the indie romcom MONOGAMY. The fortuitous fellow is Chris Messina (VICKY CHRISTINA BARCELONA, JULIE & JULIA).
The story obviously looks at the upside and downside of a couple’s relationship, and is described as a “cautionary tale about sex, photography and fear of marriage.”
