Written and directed by Robert Rugan from a treatment by Denton himself, the story follows an electronics salesman’s quest to save the Earth from an Alien plot after Buddy Holly sent him a personal message through every TV sets on the planet. Sounds a bit like “Dude Where’s My Hitchhiker’s Guide”.
No release date has been advanced yet, with filming set to happen during Heder’s hiatus form his upcoming yet-untitled sitcom for Comedy Central. Anybody read the book?
