Joseph & Zooey dance

Before the nationwide release of 500 DAYS OF SUMMER , director Marc Webb made a music video with the movies stars, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel.

The music video is set to the song “Why Do You Let Me Stay Here?” from Zooey’s band with M. Mard called She & Him. The video is about a fun, romantic bank heist with dancing in the style of Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire. It plays out like a daydream to me, and it should be noted that this is separate from the movie.

I am a huge fan of Zooey and I have yet to see 500 DAYS. She has a good voice, unlike some other actresses I won’t name, but She & Him isn’t really my style. I really enjoy this though.
