Hathaway and Gyllenhaal, who famously played an unhappy married couple in BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, will reteam for the upcoming Ed Zwick drama LOVE AND OTHER DRUGS. In the film, Gyllenhaal will play a salesman for a major drug company who begins a romantic relationship with a woman with Parkinson’s (Hathaway) that he meets on a sales call. Something presumably ensues though I have no idea what. This line scares me though: “Their love story plays out in the political and social context of the time.” Fucking GROAN.
