The first trailer for the Nick Cassavetes directed drama MY SISTER’S KEEPER is online and boy, does it pack a serious dramatic punch. They’re not dicking around. They’re going right for the gut. Someone almost dies like three times in the trailer alone. In it, Cameron Diaz and Jason Patric star as a couple who genetically engineer a daughter in order to help donate organs to their ailing, cancer stricken “real” daughter but when engineered daughter finds out, she sues them.
