The STATE OF PLAY trailer has been in theaters for a while now so I’m surprised it’s taken this long to turn up online but it’s finally here for your viewing pleasure. The film stars Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck (an odd pairing if I’ve ever seen one) in a story about a politician and a DC reporter caught up in a web of intrigue or some such shenanigans. Speaking of intrigue, this trailer doesn’t do much to intrigue me but consider the movie also stars Jason Bateman and Robin Wright Penn so perhaps there’s a lot we’re not being shown.
