My Chemical Watchmen

The lead singer of My Chemical Romance, Gerard Way has revealed that not only will his band be responsible for the song that plays over the end of Zack Snyders’ WATCHMEN, but that it will be integral the film ending. The song, is a cover of Bob Dylan’s “Desolation Row”.

“I don’t want to say too much but as far as the placement right now, it’s integral to the ending of the film… And that gave me goose bumps, and not because we did the song, but because it works that well I feel. I’ve seen the part that we’re integral to — we’re talking about the very end.”

I hate this band but i don’t even care, Jackie Earle Hayley’s voice alone has me sold on this thing. Snyder could have prefaced this movie with one of my parents sexy home videos and I’d still be pre-booking.
