The first full length trailer for the upcoming animated flick THE TALE OF DESPEREAUX is out and aside from the wholly unnecessary rhyme narration, it looks like a pretty decent flick. Based on Kate DiCamillo’s popular book, the story follows a courageous mouse (voiced by Matthew Broderick) who falls in love with a princess (Emma Watson) and must rescue her when nefarious mice decide to kidnap her. The voice cast includes Dustin Hoffman, Sigourney Weaver, Bill Macy, Kevin Kline, Ciaran Hinds, Frank Langella, Christopher Lloyd and Robbie Coltrane. It’s set for release December 19th.
