I was lucky enough to see some footage from next spring’s animated film MONSTERS VS. ALIENS at ShoWest last year. While the 3-D presentation wowed me, I have to say that the rest of the footage left me underwhelmed. Of course we saw very few monsters and very few aliens in the clip presented (it was all Stephen Colbert as the President). But now (and this Friday with MADAGASCAR 2), DreamWorks has officially released the trailer for MONSTERS and you can evaluate for yourself. What do you think? As good as a movie called MONSTERS VS. ALIENS in 3-D should be?
