I didn’t know what to think about the mixed response to DRAG ME TO HELL at Comic-Con. I didn’t see the footage but the JoBloers that did told me it was a mixed bag. I’m still looking forward to the film – Sam Raimi and horror, how could I not be?! – and now we’ve got four new pics from the film to see just how creepy it’s going to be.

Raimi also spoke to MTV about the film and he described it thusly: “This film is trying to be like a ‘spook-a-blast,’ which is those cheesy carnival rides you get on and you’re jerked around in the darkness, wondering if a skeleton will pop out.” You can check out the rest of the new stills here.
