Emma Stone (SUPERBAD) has joined the cast of THE PAPER MAN alongside Jeff Daniels, Ryan Reynolds and Lisa Kudrow. The film centers on a man struggling to recapture the spark that made him a successful novelist and happily married. Michele and Kieran Mulroney, who penned the screenplay, are set to direct.
In case you’re wondering who the Mulroneys are, it’s the team behind the screenplay for the fanboy favorite JUSTICE LEAGUE: MORTAL. I’m no fan of Reynolds or Kudrow but damn it if the Mulroneys aren’t just the best. Will I fall to my knees in ecstasy when the first trailer hits? I’ll be honest, it’s very, very likely. I can’t wait to see what these guys have come up with this time. I mean, writing a 20 year old Batman? GENIUS! And so respectful!
