Rinko is a killer

Rinko Kikuchi
Most people round these parts (meaning this part of the world) probably remember Rinko Kikuchi from her Oscar nominated performance as a lonely, confused deaf mute in director Alejandro González Iñárritu’s cirtically acclaimed drama BABEL. And if you couldn’t get enough of her, you’ll also be seeing her as a silent explosives expert in director Rian Johnson’s upcoming heist flick THE BROTHERS BLOOM and later this year alongside Chow Yun-Fat, Ken Watanabe, John Cusack and Jeffrey Dean Morgan in the drama SHANGHAI. What’s more, she’s continuing her conquering of Hollywood by looking to sign on to star in the drama MAP OF THE SOUNDS OF TOKYO for ELEGY director Isabel Coixet. In it, she’ll will star as a fish market employee who’s also a contract killer. No word on whether she’ll actually be speaking in this film. Then again, just showing up is good enough seeing as how she’s a smoking hot piece of ass.
