Websters defines us!

Back when I was living in Montreal, I used to play a game with my two roommates, usually while drinking 40s. We would bust out the ole’ dictionary, and one of us would read a definition out loud, while the other two had to guess what the word was. It was hella fun. Then we’d go out, get even more mashed, and vibe out on an intimate dance floor. Average Tuesday night. Anyway, I’m going to play the dictionary game (that’s what we called it) with all of you now. Are you ready? Here’s the definition:

“a boy who is an enthusiastic devotee of such things as comics or movies.”

Did you guess it? It’s fanboy! That’s correct everyone. You’ve finally been substantiated by the English language. The Webster-Merriam dictionary added 100 words to its catalogue, and yes yes, y’all, fanboy is indeed one of them. You should be proud.
