Loeb defends Robin!

JoBloJoBlo

I know that this site is on the point of tipping from being a movie site to a purely Batman fansite, but I also know you guys literally salivate at the mouth to hear shit about the subject, so HERE is acclaimed comic book writer Jeph Loeb explaining how Robin is a viable character in the Batman canon (he even links to our own Sturdy’s C’mon Hollywood piece that seems to have set off some of the scuttlebutt).

Do I agree? Sure. But only because at this point I’d literally trust Chris Nolan to liaise with an intergalactic army intent on vaporising Earth. If tomorrow’s news was that Nolan thought the best direction for the Batman franchise would be to introduce a new character called Paris-Hilton-man who terrorized Gotham with his diseased womb, I’d be down with it. That guy can do no wrong in my book.
