Notoriously terrible filmmaker and pugilistic antogonizer is continuing his reign of terror by suing actor Billy Zane, claiming Zane owes him 700,000 dollars in revenues from the 2005 mega-flop BLOODRAYNE. More specifically, Boll claims that Zane was the one who suggested Romar Entertainment distribute the film and that Romar president James Schramm promised the film would open in 2000 theaters. Moreover, Zane received a pay-out of 900,000 dollars and the film only opened in 950 theaters. Either Boll’s strapped for cash or he’s looking for financing for his next series of painfully horrible video game adaptations.
