Our brothers in horror arms over at “Arrow in the Head” recently landed some exclusive behind the scenes featurettes from the upcoming PATHOLOGY, the Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor scripted and Marc Schoelermann directed film centering on a group of med students using their know-how to pull off the perfect murder. Milo Ventimiglia stars as an unwitting player of this deadly game who copes with the stress by humping the shit out of Lauren Lee Smith and Alyssa Milano. The film’s set for release April 18th.
