Ben Affleck was off editing his directorial debut GONE, BABY, GONE and watching his brother Casey act his ass off in the film. Then he went online the other day and saw the new ASSASSINATION OF JESSE JAMES trailer in which Casey really acts his ass off. So Affleck started thinking to himself that he better get his ass out from behind the camera to show his lil bro how it’s done in the Affleck family. So big brother Ben has signed on to star in HE’S JUST NOT INTO YOU for New Line. He joins an ensemble cast that includes Jennifer Connelly, Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Scarlett Johansson and Justin Long. What role he’ll play and who exactly he won’t be into remains to be seen. Filming is scheduled to begin early next month in Los Angeles for director Ken Kwapis (LICENSE TO WED). GONE, BABY, GONE hits the festival circuit this fall.
