Camilla Belle, Chris Evans, Dakota Fanning and Djimon Hounsou have signed on to star in the thriller PUSH. The four will star as people with telekinetic and clairvoyant abilities who are hiding out in Hong Kong on the run from the US government. Sounds somewhat similar to Fox’s upcoming pic JUMPER, which stars Hayden Christensen as a teleporting kid on the run from US authorities. Paul McGuigan (LUCKY NUMBER SLEVIN) will direct the film from a script by David Bourla. Producing the film will be Mel Gibson’s Icon Productions who will co-finance and distribute in the UK and Australia. Belle was last seen in WHEN A STRANGER CALLS and has the Warner Bros. prehistoric epic 10,000 BC on the way next year. Filming on PUSH is expected to begin next month in Hong Kong for a 2008 release.
