Yahoo movies recently premiered the first trailer for the upcoming Michel Gondry directed comedy BE KIND REWIND. In it, when a nuclear power plant inadvertently magnetizes Jack Black’s head, he proceeds to erase all the videos in the store in wihich he works with his best friend Mos Def. Rather than re-stock the shelves with new copies, however, they decide to rent videos of them reenacting the movies themselves and almost instantly develop a cult following. The trailer isn’t laugh out loud funny but it is highly amusing and the film does seem to have quite a lot of heart in its celebration of movies. Check out the trailer HERE.
