The first poster for the upcoming Julia Roberts starring drama FIREFLIES IN THE GARDEN has made its way to Ion Cinema. Directed by feature newbie Dennis Lee, the film is being described as “The semi-autobiographical story on the complexities of love and commitment in a family torn apart when faced by an unexpected tragedy.” Said family includes Roberts, Ryan Reynolds and Willem Dafoe with Emily Watson, Carrie-Ann Moss, Hayden Panettiere and Ioan Gruffudd also being part of the cast. It’s a decidedly literal poster what with the fireflies buzzing around a garden but it does convey the “gut-wrenching family drama” theme relatively well. Check out a bigger version over HERE.
