Another one joins the asylum in “American Horror Story” season 2

The second season of “American Horror Story” reportedly starts shooting today and we’ve got yet another casting announcement to mark the occasion. According to Entertainment Weekly, “All My Children” star Mark Consuelos (whom you might have also seen in such movies as COP OUT and MY SUPER EX-GIRLFRIEND) is joining the series as a patient named Spivey.

The second season of the creepy Ryan Murphy/Brad Falchuk-created series is set in an East Coast mental institution in the 1960s.

“American Horror Story” season 2 begins this Fall, featuring a cast including Jessica Lange, Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Joseph Fiennes, Chloe Sevigny (below), Adam Levine, James Cromwell and Lizzie Brochere.
