You guys ever hear about a flick called TERROR TRACT? No worries if you haven’t, the thing is over a decade old! The Arrow dug this shite back in 2000 but since then it’s apparently never gotten a solid release. It seems the only way TERROR TRACT has been available over the past decade was as a ‘collectible’ DVD, which cost a pretty penny.

But alas over ten years later now we all have the chance to check out the John Ritter-led anthology thanks to Netflix! Coming from directors Lance W. Dreesen and Clint Hutchison, TERROR TRACT actually sports a pretty impressive cast that includes the late, great John Ritter, “Breaking Bad’s” Bryan Cranston, “CSI: New York’s” Carmine Giovinazzo and Rachel York (below).

A real estate agent terrifies a couple with the grim fates of the previous owners of a house they’re looking at.

I’ve gone ahead and tossed the trailer up for this little diddy below and over in our videos section, you know, to give you guys a better idea of what to expect with TERROR TRACT. So if you’re in the mood for a decent looking genre anthology spark up your Netflix account and enjoy!
