Any David Tenant fans in the house?

Curiously, with the recent raft of production stills from Craig Gillespie’s FRIGHT NIGHT redo, we haven’t seen much of Tenant’s version of Peter Vincent, vampire slayer extraordinaire. Granted, we did see him on a character banner back in September, but as far as new promo material is concerned, dude’s been largely absent.

But that all changes today. You see, a new U.K. poster for FRIGHT NIGHT has been walled, and it puts Peter Vincent solely in the spotlight. His introduction? Peter Vincent. Entertainer. Collector. Vampire Killer. What else do you need to know?!?

Sinking its teeth in theaters August 19th (September 2nd in the U.K.), FRIGHT NIGHT chronicles:

The beginning of Charlie Brewster’s senior year of high school when things are finally falling into place: he’s grown a few inches, gained a few pounds and he’s now dating the most coveted girl in school. But trouble arrives when Jerry moves in next door. He seems like a cool guy, but beneath the surface, there’s something off about him – something intimidating. And after observing some very strange activity along with the mysterious disappearance of his best friend, Charlie comes to an unmistakable conclusion: Jerry is a vampire who’s preying on the neighborhood. Unable to convince anyone of what he knows, Charlie is going to have to come face to face with the monster himself.
