Label me out of the loop, but I don’t recognize a single artist listed on the soundtrack for Wes Craven’s SCREAM 4. Perhaps this article’s better suited for our man Alex D!
Regardless, the PR department for Craven’s latest visit to Woodsboro has given us not only the 12-track playlist for the film, but a quartet of new stills as well. I’ll be honest, these rank among the tamest photos we’ve seen so far, but there worth a look anyway. I personally dig the shot of Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox) gripping the Ghost Face mask in the dark. Call me crazy, but I think Cox is looking better than ever, even at 46 years old.
Also featuring Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Marielle Jaffe, Rory Culkin, Erik Knudsen, Marley Shelton, Anthony Anderson, Adam Brody, Alison Brie, Mary McDonnell, Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell – SCREAM 4 picks up the story of:
Sidney Prescott, now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey and Gale, who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill and her Aunt Kate. Unfortunately Sidney’s appearance also brings about the return of Ghostface, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends, and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.
Two weeks from Friday y’all, the SCREAM franchise is back. Click here for the 4th films iTunes Soundtrack Listing.
