So which will it be come the 18th of February…Alex Pettyfer in I AM NUMBER FOUR, or Liam Neeson in UNKNOWN? Should I even have to ask?

Warner Bros. sure is, no doubt using response to the new one-sheet for Jaume Collet-Serra’s missing identity yarn as a barometer. In it, Liam looks cool and dangerous…rockin’ leather and an “I don’t f*ck around” scowl. Could this really be just a pathetic TAKEN recapture or something legitimate? That my friends, is the question…

Adapted from Didier Van Cauwelaert’s novel (“Out Of My Head”) from Oliver Butcher and Stephen Cornwell – UNKNOWN centers on:

Dr. Martin Harris (Liam Neeson), who awakens after a car accident in Berlin to discover that his wife (January Jones) suddenly doesn’t recognize him and another man (Aidan Quinn) has assumed his identity. Ignored by disbelieving authorities and hunted by mysterious assassins, he finds himself alone, tired and on the run. Aided by an unlikely ally (Diane Kruger), Martin plunges headlong into a deadly mystery that will force him to question his sanity, his identity, and just how far he’s willing to go to uncover the truth.

Frank Langella, Bruno Ganz, Sebastian Koch, Sanny van Heteren, Michael Baral and Rainer Bock help round the supporting cast.

To see more of Liam as a badass, give the UNKNOWN site a whirl!
