“The Walking Dead” is set to shuffle on home in a 2-disc DVD/Blu-ray set in March of next year, but we’ve been in the dark regarding its content outside of the six episodes. Well, today brings a glimmer of light.

A full list of extras is still unavailable, but now we know that, among other things, the set will include audio commentaries, making of webisodes, and behind the scenes footage. I’m sure there’s plenty more, so consider these just morsels to get you hungry.

In addition, we’ve got the Blu-ray artwork for your eyes – peep it to the right; no surprise really, seeing how the shot of Sheriff Rick Grimes riding into Atlanta and all of its horrors has been the show’s trademark image from the start.

As it hits stores on MARCH 8th, why not pre-order your DVD copy of “The Walking Dead” right HERE; or, if you prefer, eat it up on Blu-ray HERE.
