Last month brought us the first teaser trailer for the Strause Brothers’ sci-fi disaster flick SKYLINE, and along with it the idea that this might be something really special, especially considering they made it without any studio help. (Although Universal eventually came in to distribute.) I know they’re effects wizards and all that, but this is still some immensely impressive work.
Now comes the full-length trailer, and it’s even better. Seriously, this looks like an amazing blast. Don’t worry about what I’ve got to say, just check it out below. But if you need a plot refresher first… In Skyline, strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth.
