Despite the absence of a U.S. release date, we think it wise to keep tabs on the Guillermo del Toro produced horror-thriller JULIA’S EYES (LOS OJOS DE JULIA). Not only does the flick make its world debut in a few days at the Toronto International Film Festival (Sept. 11th), it will no doubt enjoy a warm welcome at its native Sitges Film Fest in Spain on October 7th. Now that the flick is soon to be unspooled for the first time ever, we have a clutch of new posters and photos from the Guillem Morales sophomore effort.

Co-written with Morales by Oriol Paulo – LOS OJOS DE JULIA is the terrifying odyssey of a woman (Belén Rueda) suffering from a degenerative eye disease who is obsessed with finding out the truth behind her twin sister’s death.

Francesc Orella, Joan Dalmau, Boris Ruiz, Daniel Grao, Clara Segura, Andrea Hermosa, Lluis Homar and Julia Gutierrez Caba all star in the film.

Enjoy the new shots!
