Even though I think it’s safe to say we all know what the villainous fishies from Alexandre Aja’s PIRANHA 3D will look like, I guess it’s still worth another peek at the chomping little devils, and the above comes courtesy of Entertainment Weekly. It’s certainly pretty cheesy, but I don’t think we’re headed into this particular flick with hopes of having our thoughts provoked.

PIRANHA 3-D is set in Lake Havasu, Arizona, when a tremor causes the lake’s floor to open, setting free scores of prehistoric piranhas… Theyre back! Every year the population of sleepy Lake Havasu explodes from 5,000 to 50,000 for a single, wild weekend – the 4th of July, a riot of sun, drunken fun and sex-crazed mayhem.
