Bradley Cooper nixed from M. Night Shyamalan’s new supernatural thriller?

As much heat as Bradley Cooper gained in the months following the highest grossing R-rated comedy of all time (hint: Rufilin), it appears the A-TEAM star may have just lost a high-profile studio project. Remember last week when we told you M. Night Shama-lama-ding-dong had seemingly locked Bruce Willis, Gwyneth Paltrow and Cooper for his new untitled supernatural thriller? Well, looks like Cooper is out!

According to Philly.com, Cooper will most likely be too tied up filming THE HANGOVER 2 to participate in Shyamalan’s latest. Here’s an M. Night tweet for verification:

“Hangover 2…I don’t think Bradley can do it because of that.”

Okay then, can’t get more direct than that. Speculation has it that M. Night will possibly shoot the new flick before an AIRBENDER sequel, so maybe Cooper can wrap his priors and get with the film. Slim chance though.

In case you forgot, Shyamalan’s new script focuses on: A father on a desperate search for his missing child. It might stray into Taken terrain, but the father taps into some supernatural powers to aid the search.

Stay posted for more!

Cooper’s A-TEAM co-star, Jessica Biel!
