Last week we gave y’all a heads up about Joe Gordon Levitt reuniting with his BRICK director Rian Johnson to bring about a sci-fi thriller called LOOPER. Well, looks like Levitt ain’t gonna be pulling a solo Sam Rockell MOON show. Nope. Dude’s gonna be lockin’ horns with one John McClane. That’s right folks, Bruce Willis has just been added to the cast of LOOPER (Deadline Hollywood).

Not only that, it seems Willis and Levitt may actually play the same character at different points in the time traveler’s respective life (not unlike Brolin to Tommy Lee’s character in MIB 3D).

You already forget what LOOPER is all about? Check it…

LOOPER is a science fiction thriller is set during a future in which time travel has been invented, with operatives (loopers) sent back to the present to assassinate criminals. Gordon-Levitt will play a man sent back to kill himself.

Pretty sick premise, no? Sure it has shades of TERMINATOR or MINORITY REPORT, but with Johnson giving direction to Bruce and Joey…you know it’ll be worth a watch!

Stay posted for more!

Bruce’s EXPENDABLES co-star, Charisma Carpenter!
