It’s been a good two months since offering you anything from Michael Winterbottom’s divisive new thriller THE KILLER INSIDE ME, the last being a rather harmless clip we saw. Well, in lieu of a June 4th U.K. release, a fresh quad-poster has leapt its way across the pond into our gore-caked claws, and we were kind enough to scrub off the blood and give you clean look above. what do ya say, Alba looks pretty damn good after squeezing out a baby, eh?

Based on the novel by legendary pulp writer Jim Thompson, Michael Winterbottom’s THE KILLER INSIDE ME tells the story of handsome, charming, unassuming small town sheriff’s deputy Lou Ford.
Lou has a bunch of problems. Woman problems. Law enforcement problems. An ever-growing pile of murder victims in his West Texas jurisdiction. And the fact he’s a sadist, a psychopath, a killer. Suspicion begins to fall on Lou, and it’s only a matter of time before he runs out of alibis. But in Thompson’s savage, bleak, blacker than noir universe nothing is ever what it seems, and it turns out that the investigators pursuing him might have a secret of their own.
Casey Affleck plays Lou, finding support from such acting vets as Michael Rooker, Ned Beatty, Elias Koteas, Bill Pullman, Brent Briscoe, Tom Bower, as well as Simon Baker, Kate Hudson and Jessica Alba (below). The script comes from the pen of writer/director John Curran (STONE, WE DON’T LIVE HERE ANYMORE).
