One film we’ve seen to have had an eye on for a while is EYEBORGS, from director Richard Clabaugh and starring Adrian Paul, Megan Blake, Luke Eberl, and Danny Trejo. Since its inception, the main question has been… when will this f*cker be released already? The wait is over, we have the answer… this summer!

EYEBORGS will be coming to Blu-ray and DVD on July 6, 2010, and will be ‘packed’ with the following special features:

  • Deleted scenes
  • Behind the scenes featurette

Hey–at least there are special features, no? While the official DVD/Blu-ray artwork hasn’t been released just yet, I’m thinking they’ll be pimping Trejo’s mug like a mofo, and act like the man’s the star of the movie (from the trailer below, he looks like he’s only in a few scenes). Not just because Trejo’s the film’s biggest star, but because he has PREDATORS and MACHETE both hitting theaters this summer. Perfect time to release EYEBORGS!

Part action, part big-brother, part sci-fi extravaganza, the flick looks like an eyeful of fun. Mark your calendars for July 6, 2010, when EYEBORGS hits home video everywhere. PRE-ORDER YOUR COPY TODAY!
