New True Blood poster asks: have you seen Bill Compton?

I’m pretty proud of the fact I haven’t boarded the “True Blood” bandwagon. Call me old fashioned, but emotive, model-esque vampires bitching about their place in the universe isn’t really something I associate with true horror. To me, the show is a televisual R-rated TWILIGHT. Is that too harsh?

While you chew on that fat, let me be the first to say I know how much of a following the show has. The shite is giant! So before I insult many of your tastes even further, lemme just direct you to the new promo poster HBO has just unrolled in the lead up to the series’ 3rd season premiere June 13th. Snag a peak down under!

There’s no denying the simplicity the four prior promo posters boasted. Usually set against a white backdrop, some vessel of blood, be it a water cooler, a coffee pot, etc., centers the image. And the 5th one below, is no different. Labeled “Have You Seen William Compton,” we’ve got a shot of Stephen Moyer’s missing person’s add attached to blood-filled soda bottle. Not bad, but my favorite hands down is the VILF promo.

That’s pretty much all we’ve got on the True Blood front for now, so we’ll just leave you with an episode title listing for the first 9 entries of season 3.

They are, as follows:

Episode #, Ttile:

1. Pack of Wolves

2. Beautifully Broken

3. It Hurts Me Too

4. 9 Crimes

5. Trouble

6. What Do You Know About Love

7. Let the Bodies Hit the Floor

8. Night on the Sun

9. Everything is Broken

True Blood’s Rutina Wesley!
