I’m a big fan of DVD box sets. Whether it’s all the films in a series, or multiple films of a like-nature, there’s nothing more satisfying than having a buttload of flicks all in one place. Which makes the upcoming release from Boulevard Entertainment all that much more exciting.
Behold THE B-MOVIE COLLECTION, coming to DVD May 17th only in the UK, and maybe… if we’re lucky… we’ll be seeing this sucker in North America sometime soon as well. The collection of films presented within are so awesome, so solid, that this may… and I might be going on a limb here… but it may be one of the greatest collections of classic sci-fi horror films ever put together!

Wow. Just… wow. Lots of times, with big collections like this, you get one or two really good flicks, and then a bunch of flicks that suck donkey balls. Not here… THE B-MOVIE COLLECTION really does feature nothing but “good” flicks that I would be proud to have in my DVD collection right now.
What’s also cool is that each film will also be released individually as well, so if you already own half of them, don’t worry about double-dipping… you can pick and choose what flicks you want to bring home.
