In an interview with Mania.com, BLADE director Stephen Norrington gave an update, vague as it may be, on his next two projects: THE CROW reboot and THE LOST PATROL (read our last article about that one right HERE).

As far as THE CROW is concerned, Norrington seems hopeful that, since the screenplay is complete, filming can begin in the summer. “The producer and visual effects people are crunching numbers,” Norrington said. “We’ve opened discussions with major cast but nothing is final yet.”

As for THE LOST PATROL, which is a WWII-era monster movie, Norrington is still working on the the first draft of the script, and expects to deliver it this month. Norrington has said that the flick features hardware, heroes, grime, insane monsters, all of which usually make a film better. Especially grime.
