Stephen King’s next book will be pretty dark. Full Dark, actually!

Stephen King fans should prepare to get happy, as the title and tentative release date of the fright master’s next book has been announced, via the official Stephen King message board.

Titled FULL DARK, NO STARS, it is a collection of 4 previously unpublished novellas and is expected to be released in November. Unfortunately, that’s all that is known about it so far, but obviously there’s plenty of time for more details to come forth. Could FULL DARK end up being similar to one of his best, DIFFERENT SEASONS?

It’s a busy time for King, as he’s working on the musical/radio program “Ghost Brothers of Darkland County” with John Mellencamp and T. Bone Burnett; has two t.v. shows in development with “Haven” and “Under the Dome”; and also – allegedly – has a new DARK TOWER book in the works.

It’s good to be the King.
