That special Madman DVD will be here in time for Halloween

Not very long ago, Jake told you how you could end up being featured on the new MADMAN DVD that’s being prepped by Code Red (read all about it HERE). Jake shares my bizarre affection for the 1982 film, so he “gets” it. Some of you don’t seem to. I don’t understand you…

You’ll have another shot at seeing the beauty of this misunderstood masterpiece in the fall, as I’ve learned that the new MADMAN DVD will hit, as Code Red puts it, in time for Halloween. Sporting a new anamorphic transfer, and some new on-camera interviews, the flick will also have the commentaries that were on the original DVD release (which is now unavailable).

Apparently this will be a limited release, and once it’s gone, well… it may be gone for good. Although the Madman Marz will certainly live on in our hearts forever. Some of our hearts, anyway…
