Last time we told you about Russell Mulcahy’s BAIT, it was announced that the sharks-on-a-rampage thriller would be shot in 3D. That was back in October, and all has been fairly quiet – eerily quiet – on the BAIT front ever since… Until now! (Dun dun dunnnnnn…)
Screen Daily is providing the good news that Australian Government agency Screen Australia will be providing BAIT with production cash – the flick is the first 3D project to get receive such support. There is no cast yet, however, but production is expected to start in April on the film.
